The role...

The Senior Systems Analyst will play an integral role in CST's enterprise application strategy. As a key member of our team, you will drive impactful business outcomes by collaborating with technical leads and business teams, ensuring the reliability and growth of platforms like Oracle E-Business Suite.  In this role you will support, enhance, and ensure the security and compliance of financial and manufacturing enterprise platforms to maximize our IT investments.

You'll have the opportunity to...

  • Resolve business and technical issues with Oracle EBS and related systems  
  • Review issues through Oracle forms and via SQL queries using Oracle database table structure knowledge 
  • Work with technical developers and database administrators to correct issues in the functioning of the applications 
  • Configure business applications to support business requirements 
  • Develop and execute system test plans 
  • Resolve and track issues reported through existing ticket system and escalations 
  • Communicate updates and status to users for reported issues 
  • Manage bank integrations and credit card integrations 
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required

Who you are and what you bring to the team...

  • Proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite Finance and/or Supply Chain applications 
  • Experience with credit card and bank integrations 
  • Automated invoice processing experience 
  • Working knowledge of SQL database schemas, tables and views
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience 
  • Experience working with corporate finance teams 
  • Production support experience

Ideally, you have...

  • Experience with APRO and/or other bank integrations 
  • Experience with Taxware/Sovos and/or tax software 
  • Experience with Paymetric/Worldpay and/or credit card integrations 
  • Knowledge of Business-to-Business (B2B) processes 
  • Technical knowledge of Oracle EBS is a plus (PL/SQL, Oracle SQL Developer, SQL*Loader, Oracle Forms, Oracle RDBMS 19c or higher) 
  • Understanding of database schemas, tables and views 
  • Knowledge of stored procedures a plus

This position has a starting base salary range of $125,000 to $170,000 per year, which the company, in good faith, reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
