The role
The Senior HR Manager will serve as a hands-on leader and strategic business partner to drive organizational results for the EMEA region. The Senior HR Manager is primarily responsible for working with the organization to identify, develop, and deploy talent strategies to drive regional, team, and functional strategies for growth. Talent and culture are the biggest priorities for this role, as the successful Senior HR Manager helps business leaders leverage talent for growth, increasing business results, and overall organizational and team effectiveness and productivity. The Senior HR Manager resolves employee relations issues through a diplomatic and systematic approach and assists senior management in developing solutions through organizational development, focusing on cultural and process perspectives. This position develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives, such as performance management, compensation and workforce planning, as well as organizational change. The successful Senior HR Manager can envision the talent enablers of high performance and anticipate the gaps in skills and capabilities, and create the plan to close these gaps. The Senior HR Manager is a trusted advisor for the leadership team and core member of the EMEA leadership team.
Reporting to a VP of Global Human Resources, with matrixed reporting to the SVP Global Sales / GM EMEA, the successful individual must be able to communicate at the executive level, collaborate across boundaries and geographies and work with colleagues across the business and the global HR team. This role will regularly need to align and collaborate with global organizations, the regional HR teams and other internal HR Centers of Expertise, particularly with talent management.
