  • Electric Vehicle Incentive

    To encourage and inspire our U.S. employees to lower their carbon emissions from commuting to and from work, we offer up to $10,000 to those who purchase an electric vehicle (EV) and up to $5,000 for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. Similar benefits are available in Europe, Japan, and China.

    This global employee program allows CST to donate financially to organizations that employees support based on volunteer efforts. We aim to give our employees a stronger voice in philanthropy and the opportunity to invest in communities.

  • Fine Arts Appreciation Program

    Our conference halls are home to rotating visiting artists and in-person artist receptions. To encourage employees to enjoy and support the art community anywhere they live, CST will reimburse a portion of the costs associated with visiting any art museum, gallery, or school up to $500 USD/employee/year.
